“The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Beautiful fully fenced yard, pool cleaners that came to take care of us during our week long stay. All amenities just around the corner. The management company was so on it, great communication, and we felt that we were really taken care of the WHOLE time. This house had nice decor, your basics, and TONS of space. “Place was quaint and just the right size for a quick trip to Busch Gardens. Unfortunately, the beds did not appear to be clean as the sheets and pillows had hair and stains. The kitchen counter was also not clean and the refrigerator made noise. Furniture downstairs was very dated and couch was uncomfortable. Mattress in master bedroom had no support. Price was right so met most expectations.”

“When we found the place we couldnt believe the price. We jumped on it and found out why. The neighborhood is up and coming so is a little iffy, especially if you come in at night and are not familiar with area. It turns out neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. And the location was perfect for anywhere in Tampa. The condo was very pleasant. It was small, but very quiant. It had all the emmenities anyone could want. This is not a place you could sneak a third person in, as to how small it...

“Beautiful home on the bay where I was able to see dolphins, rays, fish & a variety of birds. This was a home away from home fully stocked with everything you would need while vacationing including kayaks & paddle board which was a fantastic bonus! Great communication from the owner ensuring that everything was ok during my stay. Very quick response when I had a question. Absolutely loved my stay here & hope to stay again while visiting my son nearby.”

“We had a fantastic week at the fountain house. We spent most of our days either in the pool or the lanai. At times family was situated all over the yard. In the pool, on lounge chairs, next to the bbq or in the lanai. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Hosts were very attentive even got a full size crib for my grandson.”

“From the private beach to seeing Dolphins in the Bay, our stay was completely magical. The condo was beautiful, and very clean with lots of little things that made it a perfect home away from home. It was close to everything but tucked away in a private corner of the world. Well worth the price and we would definitely return and recommend this luxury to anyone looking for an escape.”

“We loved the peaceful location. The Tiny House was equipped with everything we needed or wanted and was spotlessly clean. It was a treat to be able to feed the animals and Ryan was kind to give us a couple of eggs (fresh from the coop). We will look forward to coming back again!”

“Very nice apartment hotel by the water. We was just there for one night so we didn´t use the kitchen that much but for a longer stay I would say it would be very efficient for cooking. The breakfast was hand out because of covid but you got a big variety and you could sit outside by the water which was awesome. Friendly staff and nice clean and fully functional hotel.”
