“I recommend the place. The house is nice and well maintained. Air con is working really well and you can appreciate during summer. Swimming pool is nice with a beautiful view. Location is convenient to visit Pisa, Livorno, Lucca. You can drive a bit to reach Sienna or Firenze for a day. You can also enjoy the beach if you want with plenty of choices for italian private beaches. Enjoy Toscana.”

“Set inside a visitor park, at first we were disappointed by the location. It is actually behind private property signs in its own area (better fencing and signage would improve it). It is quiet (especially during the week) and with gorgeous views. The pool is a few strides from the house, rather than attached, but is pleasant and unusual. The owner was very kind and friendly and could not be more helpful - it is very welcoming. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.”

“The house met all our expectations and we had a great week. The view over the hills is fantastic! Ein problemloser Check-in, ein guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses und der Garten, der einen schönen Auslauf für unseren Hund bot, haben dazu beigetragen. “Fint hus i fint skick och bra standard! Inte slitet alls. Stor pool, men den är iskall. Huset ligger enskilt i en dal, vilket har både för och nackdelar. Begränsad morgon och eftermiddagssol. Vi hyrde in kocken Morena till huset två kvällar, vilket var mycket bra! God mat i mängder! Det negativa var att huset var dåligt städat och alla leksaker och cyklar var trasiga.”

“Wir haben zwei rundum schöne Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wunderschön gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber dennoch gut zu meistern, wir hatten mit unseren vw Bulli keine Probleme und wurden mit einer fantastischen Aussicht belohnt. Für Hundebesitzer gut zu wissen: das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, war also auch mit Hund sehr entspannt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!”

“We had such a wonderful stay at Borgo i Mulinetti. Travelling with my extended family and we could all get a house of our own. Perfekt! The view over the valley was amazing. “Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. “We had four wonderful days in this beautiful house in Bagni di Lucca. The apartment was spacious and charming and we lacked nothing. “This house is absolutely adorable situated up on the hills in Tuscany. It has everything you need - magnificent views, pool, nice garden, well equipped kitchen, pizza oven, 3 bathrooms. We were a group of 9 people, adults and teenagers, and everyone truly enjoyed the stay. Debora was a great host welcoming us with wine and pastries! She was very helpful and keen to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this villa!”
