“Beautiful home on the bay where I was able to see dolphins, rays, fish & a variety of birds. This was a home away from home fully stocked with everything you would need while vacationing including kayaks & paddle board which was a fantastic bonus! Great communication from the owner ensuring that everything was ok during my stay. Very quick response when I had a question. Absolutely loved my stay here & hope to stay again while visiting my son nearby.”

“We had a fantastic week at the fountain house. We spent most of our days either in the pool or the lanai. At times family was situated all over the yard. In the pool, on lounge chairs, next to the bbq or in the lanai. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Hosts were very attentive even got a full size crib for my grandson.”

“We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean and comfortable. The owners were nearby and very attentive. They made sure we had everything we could need during our stay. The house was convenient to several nice golf courses and to the Busch Gardens park and water park. It was also about an hour drive to some beautiful beaches. The pool and spa were clean and heated comfortably. We would definitely stay again on a subsequent trip to Tampa.”

“Our group of 4 couples stayed a long weekend at this rental for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was close to venue, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City and neighboring St Pete. Kitchen/common area was large and had plenty of seating to spread out, perfect for our group. Anthony was very thorough in his communications and quick with responses. Would stay here again.”
