“I loved this hidden gem. The location was perfect. Next to Crabby Bills, restaurants, shops, Publix, bars, family fun too. I loved the break up of this home. 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms gave everyone their privacy to work and relax when needed. The kitchen table was enough room for all of us to come together and hang out and play games. The beach is a very short walk away and it is just perfect! Crabby Bills is always our favorite for peel and eat shrimp and drinks and to be in walking...

“We had a wonderful time. Hakim the property manager was great and very responsive to all our needs! The house was clean and had everything for a wonderful vacation! The view was amazing and we loved to watch the birds and dolphins. The fishing off the dock was great! The beach is really close! It was a perfect location! We had a fantastic time!”

“Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very nicely renovated bungalow! The layout of the 3-bedroom home was perfect, modernly decorated, and beautifully restored 100 year old hardwood floors. The back yard was gorgeous with a large in-ground saltwater swimming pool. The walk to the beach was short and easily accessible. We look forward to future stays at this property - highly recommended.”

The beach is a mere 8 minute walk so you can watch the sunset every evening if you wish. It’s close to Publix and many restaurants. The house is well layed out and equipped with all you need for the beach and for daily living. The pool is a fantastic way to enjoy your day. “Really nice place. Close to beach, beach bars and the main strip with many dining options. Didn't need a car except to the grocery store. Quiet and safe street. Bars shut down pretty early, no noise issues at all. Nice collection of beach stuff: wagon, chairs, umbrella. Upham beach is a 2 block walk with pretty much all families, low key with a few volleyball nets and really clean. Decent sheepshead fishing on the channel by the 'Secret Garden' by the beach. Great sunsets.”

“Spectacular location a short 5 minute walk to the lovely beach. Pass-a-Grille area here is quiet at this location. Gathering area of the living room, dining room, kitchen was so expansive and welcoming. We were able to spread out and cook dinners in the great kitchen with everything you could want. Outdoor area was an amazing space to chill out and watch the pelicans dive for fish and enjoy a cocktail. Master bedroom was amazing!! Hope to return soon.”

“The upper apartment was pretty nice with decks on two sides. The walls are pretty thin so hopefully you won't have partiers in the unit below you because you can hear conversations fairly well. However, the guys below us were very loud talkers. Thankfully they quieted down each night before midnight and left after the weekend. It could have been worse. You can see the sunset through the properties across the street. Also, if your priority to be within walking distance to the beach it's less than...

“This beautiful house is located in the best area. You are close the the beach and the bay. Great restaurants within walking distance and shops too. I love pass-a-grille, especially for fishing and my family always enjoy a day at Fort De Soto, which is my all time favorite beach. I cannot wait to visit again and "this is the house "”

“The appartment is perfect for a family of four with a separate bedroom for the parents. There is a great need of renovation, although it worked fine for us. Old wall-to-wall carpets are not very hygienic and the kitchen part was old. We anyway enjoyed our stay very much. The pool area was quite nice and it was great to have access to pools and gym at Don Cesar Hotel. This is not for free though as we were charged $25 extra per day for "resort fee".It would have been better to include it in the...
