“I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!”

“The condo was immaculate and provided everything one could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! So close to downtown, within walking distance. We are not as young as we used to be so the stairs to the unit were a little challenging but we chalked it up to daily exercise. The pool was great and we enjoyed both balconies. Fun times!”

“The trip was put off to a very bad start. Upon checking in and getting out keys, we entered our locked room, and the lights were all off but there was an employee in the back bedroom with the lights off who didn’t say anything until we asked who was there and he said he was programming the remote. Was startling to walk in to that environment and left us wondering if someone would be in our room again unexpectedly.”

“This is a beautiful property, very comfortable and spacious. The area is walkable/ runable with a great trail along the mountains. (Bear Creek). We were in town for an event at Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and was no more than a 10-12 min. from there. The pool is heated, and hot tub was awesome also with the spring temperature changes. We were able to cook with lots of spices, oils, cookware already there. The condo is on the first floor so it's very quick and easy getting in and out. Thank you!”

The area is challenged, as many places are, with a homeless population. We felt safe walking home from town at night but kept a watchful eye. “We had a great stay at Scott’s place. The house was so nice and relaxing. Beautiful neighborhood with the pool and hot tub nearby. The place had spacious communal areas for our group of friends to hang out. Scott was very communicative and accommodating the entire time. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again in the future! ”

“We all loved our stay! The condo is well appointed with everything you could possibly need, and the pool and hot tub are just steps away from the unit. The pool was warm enough for my kids to swim even though the outside temperature was in the 50s on our first day (I stuck with the hot tub). One of my kids is now a fan of the board game Stratego, thanks to it being available in the game cabinet. We also appreciated the proximity to Ralph’s and plenty of nearby restaurants.
