“Perfect. A few issues but everyone responded very quickly. Fixed electrical outlet, showers needed cartridges, toilet needed new insides to flush, dryer needed new vent. All perfect now. All workers were very responsive. Would definitely recommend.”

“The house was beautifully decorated in beach decor which is always fun and was immaculate! Golf cart was on the old side but useable. Russell management has always been very responsive and great to work with ! Great vacation house!! One suggestion and quite affordable would be to provide cushions on the outside patio furniture just for an extra amount of luxury! Would highly recommend this house!”

“We absolutely loved this house! It exceeded expectations. I thought it actually looked better in person than the pictures showed, which is not common. It was quiet and peaceful as we drank coffee and ate breakfast on the back patio. The view was fantastic. Everything was very clean! And the golf cart was a huge plus for getting around the resort. The only two things that I would suggest to the owner- and they are very minor- is a new queen mattress in the downstairs bedroom and the slow drain in...

“The location of this property is great and to have a golf cart with bikes really helped our big group. The only downfall were the things that needed to be fixed around the house. We travel and stay at a lot of properties and this one needs a little work. Other than that we had a great time. The Beachwalk Property did step up when we had an issue with the air conditioner, they had someone out to fix within about 2 hours and it did get fixed.”

This time we stayed on the Linkside vs Baytowne side and it truly couldn’t have been a better location! Great yard space for the kids to play, so quiet without feeling congested as on the other side of the resort, great fishing on the property, and beautiful view!
