“It was an excellent 3-day stay to celebrate the birthdays of my wife and one of our good friends. Everything in the condo was as expected. Our stay was in early January so the gas fireplace in the unit was a welcomed plus. We are big fans of Colonial Williamsburg so we greatly appreciated that we could walk to the historic buildings, homes, and shops from the condo. “Exterior property was in great shape. Could have used a small blower to get the pine needles away from the pool and hot tub. We ended up having to change our room at the last minute due to some unknowns with the owner. Seems like the resort should have been able to let the VRBO property managers know earlier. Unit we got was smaller than original request. It served us ok, but the last minute thing is a little frustrating. The room cleanliness was not up to what I have experienced with VRBO in...

“This place was perfect for me, my husband and two adult friends. The views from the kitchen and family room are beautiful and peaceful.
