“I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!”

“Our family just lived this sweet Victorian house. The little hidden treasures are in the decor, for sure! Of course our teens (and those who felt like teens, but regretted the next morning) loved the game room. The kitchen/dining area have the open concept with the living room so making dinner doesn't mean leaving the family. I love that.”

“We loved the charm of this house. Everything was great, especially the large kitchen and dining area (we like to cook). We also liked being able to walk to the shops on Center Street and the river, both just a few block away. And the owner was very quick to respond to messages. Absolutely wonderful!”

“Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message.”

“The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party.”

“The Red Brick Inn is charming and quaint, like an antique quilt. It is unlike any place I’ve stayed in so far and I’m glad to support the owners in helping to revitalize the Niagara Falls area. My only feedback is the 3rd floor bedrooms definitely need a bath or the ground floor 1/2 bath should get a sofa bed. Otherwise a quiet and convenient place to rest for your Niagara Falls tour.”

“Great set up for a decent sized group using this as a base to explore the area. My family enjoyed the property. There were a number of ants we had to take care of on that initial night, but I didn't notice them any more after that. But the property is great, I'd give the experience a 9/10.”

“Hello We had short trip mid April 24’ (4days) to the Falls me and my friends from Europe, Pros Location location location is everything, place is unbelievable located in the middle of everything, Up to 8-9 min walk to rainbow bridge, us side falls, aquarium, park , restaurants , We couldn’t get better place for our trip than Carroll house, Now about the host Carroll great host , very responsive and patient that’s all what You need from the host If You expect fireworks from Your rental...

“Had a fun time”

“I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.”

“The house was very nice considering the age and neighboring properties. Bring your own hair dryer, as the one provided looks like it could be a fire hazzard. Stereo and DVD players are broken so, if that's important to you, bring your own. We were glad to have off street parking. This was a great asset during our stay since we walked everywhere and never needed to move our car off the street.”

“15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay.”

“The house was clean and nice. The rooms were perfect for our family of 8 adults. King bed, queen bed, and bathroom on lower level. 4 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Beds were decently comfortable. Pillows were thin and flat. We did ask for extra blankets and they were there with extra pillows on arrival. Bedrooms need curtains. There are sheer curtains in every room, so the street lights shine in and you are awakened by the sun every morning. The shower water pressure is awful. There are no hand...

“Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine.”
