“We spent two nights here and the accommodations were wonderful ! The outdoor space is so relaxing . Inside is very comfortable and private . The check in /out process was a breeze and the owners are absolutely amazing with any questions you may have . We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return !!”

“Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. “We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!”

“The property was very clean. Check-in was easy. The owner was prompt to answer any questions. The location provided convenient access to shopping, dining, and the interstate. It is a little over 30 minutes to downtown Boston. We were able to walk the Freedom Trail, tour the USS Constitution, visit Salem and the Witch Museum, and ride to Kennebunkport, ME during our visit. The owner was even understanding when some dummy took the house key home with him and had to overnight it back.”

One was very dirty with dirt or mold. Bathroom was clean and towels abd linen were clean. Bathtub stopper did not work though. Kitchen was stocked well with kitchen toolsa nd needs such as paper towels. It was a little run down and dusty in places. Parking was good. He responded to communication very quickly.”

“My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend during a Manchester-area soccer tournament. It was the perfect landing spot. We were able to easily do my son's uniform laundry in the basement which was safe and clean. The place was quiet and my son reported that the sofa sectional which adapts into a full-sized bed was fine for him. We walked across the street and got pizza one night and were able to use the kitchen to cook, no problem. We will return back in the future for sure!”

“Nicole and Jason were incredible hosts. They were quick to respond, and were extremely helpful. The house was extremely clean, and we loved the open concept. One of our family members is in a wheelchair, and was able to get around the house with ease. The house was fully equipped with towels, blankets, bedding, dishes, and more.
