“This house looks just like its pictures. It’s the second year we stayed here for our annual reunion with our college friends. We have our reunion at a different house in the neighborhood so we mostly just sleep at the house. Our only complaint is that both of the king mattresses are rather lumpy. Overall this house is great for families :)”

“This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!”

We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend”

“Was exactly as promoted. I had cell service with Verizon, but my brother had trouble with T-moble which didn't affect the stay. Everything was clean, always advise to bring your own pillow, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Everything was wiped down, examined sheets and they were clean. Had washer and dryer if needed, basic toiletries but sufficient. Bring flashlights if you want to go out at night, and if you want a fire bring firewood, we brought both. Loved watching deer and cattle...

“First of all let me saying the pictures online does not show the full potential of it!! My family and I did not except the it to be so spacious… the fact that everyone had a bathroom in their bedroom that and an extra in the hall so no one had to wait to get in”

“Great home. Beautiful location. The only issue was that the kitchen counters were sticky and not well cleaned when we arrived and there were issues getting the TV to work. Other than that it was a wonderful home with a beautiful back porch right off the river”

“The house is overall very nice, but one of the en-suite bathrooms had a strong unpleasant musty/mildewy smell and we couldn’t use it. We kept the door closed and ran the bathroom fan the entire time. The adjoining bedroom also had an unpleasant smell that seeped over from the smelly en-suite bathroom. I let the property manager know twice while we were there for a week, and they said they would send someone over. But no one ever came.”

“A group of five 50 + women stayed in the treehouse for a 3 night visit to Austin from Boston. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The location is ideal and the outdoor feel of the property goes with all that goes on within steps of the front door. So many hiking/biking and swimming options literally steps away. “We all enjoyed our stay. The property guidance signs are small so it’s best to arrive before dark. We even saw a deer pass by the property! There was a grill outside and the heater worked great inside for the chilly days. We used the tabletop toaster oven and counter cooktop for anything else we needed. I wish there was a good tea pot or tea kettle. Also, as frequent travelers, we like trying local coffee but we don’t always want to buy a whole bag of it so a small sample available to use in...
