“House is in a great location. We only had 4 adults, but it could easily sleep 2 families or up to 10 people. However, the house is quite run down. Could really do with some money being spent on it. And as we had read in many other reviews, the bloody gas bottle was empty. When you pay good money to stay somewhere, you shouldn't have to spend more money to cook! And good luck getting any communication with the host. Overall, the house was good and i would recommend it. But the owner needs to fix...

“Great house, clean, tidy and comfortable with great aircon for hot days and in amazing location. Only issue we had was with check in times. We asked for early check in as we had one adult with 2 very young children arriving at mid day by plane so we were told early check in would be ok from 12pm onwards however come check in day the house was not ready until 2pm which meant my sister and her two young kids were stuck waiting for 2 hours outside with no means of transport on a 42 degree day....

“Great layout requires maintenance”

“We were a group of 3 families with houng children and the house had plenty of room for us all. The location was great, close to town and located on the water. The only downside was the mattresses were quite uncomfortable.”

“Firstly, the choice of this property was our own fault because we left our booking so late and it was the only one left in the Exmouth area The bed was inconveniently low ie 300 mm above the ground when normal beds are 750 mm above the floor.- very hard to get into and out of. The bed springs and the actually bedding were aweful. The bedroom fan was noisy and wobbled. There was no availability of fresh air, no ability to open any windows. Ventilation in the bathroom was very poor and the exhaust...

“This home is perfect for our annual fishing holiday. There are plenty of parking space with fantastic amenities. Will definitely book this property again next time we return to Exmouth.”

“After a few weeks of camping, Asrama was a tropical oasis in Broome. Sadly we missed our first night due to the Fitzroy River being flooded. The gardens are gorgeous, with lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the warm weather. The pool was used every day. Plenty of space to park our 2 vehicles and camper trailer off the street. The layout is a little quirky, with downstairs quite separate to upstairs and very "outdoors". The house was lovely but overall could do with a good spring clean and a bit...

“Had a great holiday. Location was great and so too the presentation of the villa. Outside steps were a bit dubious (I was too scared to walk in the middle of them as I’m sure they’re due to break soon!) and a light by the bbq would be helpful. No ironing board present (but barely needed it anyway. ) Otherwise was great - would highly recommend it. Would love to be able to come back another time! Thank you ever so much.”
