“There was a slight odor of pine (I think) which I found offensive because I am super sensitive to scents. It was especially annoying when trying to fall asleep. Other than that, the condo is neat & well supplied for the small condo.”

“We came to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary and loved the Sunset condo and the attention to detail that went into furnishing it. We cooked our own food mostly and everything we needed was provided and was of very good quality down to the silverware. The bed was so comfortable. “Really enjoyed Carol's Cabin. Quietly tucked away. Very clean and reasonable price. Comfy bed. Much more offerred than a hotel. We were at a local wkd event at Frankfort. 7min away. Good communication. Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen has everything. Breakfast coffee teas provided. Bathroom well stocked. Its on a highway, but felt hidden and noise was not an issue. Will return! “This is a great place to stay. Close to Traverse City, Frankfort, Riverside Canoe trips. Walking distance to great places in downtown Beulah and Crystal Lake. This place was clean and much bigger then we expected. We had 4 adults and one teenager in our party and we had plenty of room. The private yard was very nice, hot tub, grill, fire pit were all great ammeneties. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The paddle boards and canoes on the lake made the trip really fun for teenagers. Right on a nice lake so it’s shallow enough to explore and also swim out deeper and much warmer than Lake Michigan which is close enough to drive back and forth from easily.”
