“Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us...

“Convenient location for access to downtown Denver, Fort Collins, Golden etc, in quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean, and well stocked. Rigo is extremely accommodating and helpful. Great to be sit outside with beautiful morning sun exposure.”

“The location was great for us as a hub. We traveled north, west and south all at about an hour drive. Excellent loft. A few things to know, but didn’t really bother us. Homeless community across the street that was not a bother, just to be aware. There are more than enough cameras/ring around to deter any anything bad happening. The description of the bedrooms though does not match the beds on site: there are three bedrooms, two of them with a queen/king size bed and one with a queen size bunk bed (room for 4 people). We would come back at any time, but would adjust the number of people to the beds on site.”
