“Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had; The only reason we decided to stay here during our roadtrip was because of the large pool. During check-in the staff said that the pool area was free of charge for hotel guests, but the downstairs spa had a fee. Which is totally understandable. However, the woman working the spa, and the pool boy/guard, tried to charge all the guests using the sunbeds by the pool a fee of 15euros per chair and day.
