“The house is very cute and in a great neighborhood. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Check in and check out easy. I think a house manual would have been helpful. We are tech savvy but the tv was difficult for all of us to figured out. We couldn’t find dish towels. We ate out but still had a few dishes to wash up after coffee or snacks. I didn’t want to run the dishwasher for a few cups or glasses, so ended up using paper towels. Definitely would stay here again.”

“Overall this property was very nice. The lower level was pretty cold, so we were not able to use it. We did visit during an ice storm, so I believe it would be easily utilized in the spring, summer and fall. The property has a slight grade down to the entrance from the driveway because of the ice storm we were unable to get our vehicle out without contacting the host. I did not realize my error until I arrived in Portland, Maine. Vicki was so sweet and offered to refund the amount paid minus the fees and taxes that VRBO keeps. “Our recent stay here was great. The rooms themselves were incredibly spacious, providing ample space for our group to spread out and relax. A major highlight was that everyone in our party was able to have their own private room. Everyone wanted to stay longer.”

“Nice spot in historic Irvington neighborhood with bus stop, coffee shops, restaurants, and brew pubs all within walking distance. Mark was incredibly responsive to all my questions.
