“The check-in was at 21:00 pm and I called at 20:30 when I discovered that I would be late. My arrival would be at 21:30. On the hotels website it said that you could call them if you'll be late. The woman who answered (never got her name) was very rude and was very busy because it was her birthday. She had never heard of our reservation, and had no confirmation of that. I read the bookingnumber and she denied it. I had booked a familyroom and she said that they do not even have any family...
