“I like the look of the property, the pink all over the buildings and the decorations was fire. What I didn’t like about it was the pool was dirty. It looked like they didn’t clean the pool in like months. The lights in my room went out like they had electrical problems if you don’t have an oil exclusive pass. . “The room felt outdated and could use some significant improvements. The bathroom only had a curtain on a rod instead of a proper door, and the toilet was leaking, so I had to turn off the water to it. The pool filter also wasn’t running until later that evening, On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the outside areas were clean. The location is right in town, and while it may work well for local travelers, driving in with children did not make us feel particularly comfortable.”

“I booked this hotel because the Expedia listing advertised a 24-hour airport shuttle, which was essential since I was traveling internationally with my children. After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi. When I pointed out that the listing still advertised the shuttle, the owner admitted the information had not been updated since COVID but continued to justify it instead of correcting the listing. “Perfekt hotell för dig som vill ha lugn och ro. Nicky, hotellets ägare såg till att vi fick en grym vistelse och hjälpte oss i alla frågor. Hotellet ligger mellan två städer vilket gör det svårt för dig som inte hyr bil. Vi löste transportfrågan genom att åka GuaGua eller carrito vilka var superbilligt, dock är det en bit att gå till huvudvägen, ca 10 min promenad. Jag rekommenderar hotellet starkt :)”
