“Four night stay for Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and the Botanical Gardens.”

“Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new...

“Absolutely love this place. Stayed between travels from Florida to Michigan and will definitely stay again in the fall on our way back. This is a very charming place. Tasteful farmhouse decor. The entire setting is peaceful and beautiful. The animals are wonderful to watch. Our dog, Gunner, was curious but calm around them. Chris was very informative about the history of home and animals. This is definitely 5+ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The house was very clean and neat and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. The house was in an area that is being revitalized and close to the "historical Noblesville" downtown area...walkable were it not for the construction going on. I really don't have any major complaints but...the heating system was kind of loud when it automatically turned on(I'm a light sleeper) and on occasion, an unpleasant smell would flow through the living and bedroom areas. I couldn't determine whether it came...

“The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.”

“Rooms are OK, quite large and nice beds. After five or so years the American build quality starts showing. One need to be aware of what direction the room is facing, if it’s north then the railroad will be keeping the light sleeper awake. Hotel breakfast room currently feeling a bit tired, but depends on what time you get there. They do have some decent art on the walls though. ”
