âThe only issue we had with the room had to do with the fact the sofa couch did not have the bed mattress which made it sink and very uncomfortable to sit at. I would also recommend them putting an outlet where a TV could be used in the bedroom area if so chose.â

âThe hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

âThe beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. Concierge staff at the beach were so helpful.
Food tips: Bocadito food truck tacos. The best.
Lupita Lounge: sirloin steak is actually rib eye. Delicious
El Mar: Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious
La Isla: Excellent Risotto
Bisou: Delicious breakfast buffetâ

âThe room was beautiful & very clean. As was the property, it has had a nice renovation . The staff were very attentive & wanted to help out in anyway. Pool staff made sure we were looked after. The food was delicious & plentiful. They went above & beyond our expectations â

âFantastiskt hotell. Fint rum, magisk utsikt, underbar trĂ€dgĂ„rd och trevlig personal. Vi bode dĂ€r över nyĂ„r och skall man anmĂ€rka pĂ„ nĂ„got sĂ„ var det att den obligatoriska (!) nyĂ„rsmiddagen var extremt dyr och höll inte i nĂ€rheten av samma standard som a la carte middagarna övriga dagar vi var dĂ€r. Vi fick viss kompensation för detta men det var Ă€ndĂ„ en stor besvikelse. Utöver det hade vi en magiskt tid pĂ„ detta fina hotell.â
