“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

“The beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. Concierge staff at the beach were so helpful.
Food tips: Bocadito food truck tacos. The best.
Lupita Lounge: sirloin steak is actually rib eye. Delicious
El Mar: Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious
La Isla: Excellent Risotto
