“Brilliant place in almost every way. Only downsides would be wifi quality and cost for extras. Anything beyond what's included in base fare feels overpriced. But very friendly and professional staff - location, views and design all stunning. Located only 25min from airport it's the perfect place to recover from jet lag on arriving, or as final treat before leaving for home. Highly recommended!”

“It's such a gift to be able to visit Palmaia for the second time. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food is hit or miss, but it's so nice there, you won't care that much. I still managed to gain 4lbs so I clearly ate pretty well! The servers and bartenders are knowledgeable and attentive. The spa is beautiful and the therapists there are amazing. There are a variety of daily activities. The nomadic guides, Kasandra and Esteban, are gems!”

"The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good."
