“I would recommend Jo&Joe for your stay in Rio if the purpose of your visit is to see Christ the Redeemer since this place is steps away from the train that takes you to see the Christ. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always guiding us and helping us with our questions. They even went the extra mile helping us make some local phone calls since our phones would not work in Brazil. The hotel has pool and restaurant service which makes your stay nice and smooth. Thank you very much guys...

“Dem drog igår 500 från mitt konto trots att jag ens var på hostel denna tid punkt har dem debiterat mitt kort! Jag hade betalt tills imorgon lördag dem sa att drr ett m ville att jag ska gå trots att dras dörr var trasig o man kunde inte ens låsa eller stänga dörre. Som jag har film på trasig dörr sen stod dem o anklagade mig för att ha gjort sönder dörren trots att den var redan trasig så har dem snott 500 extra från mitt konto dessa tjuvar!! ”

“The first thing you notice is very nice personnel who speak better English than the reception of airport Hilton does. The second thing - the property is huge and somewhat worn out. But after 5 nights I got used to it. The crowd is mixed - both backpackers and mature couples. There are both dorms and private room at the property. I wish there was a walking tour on offer, these things are more fun than a van from Chiletour. In general, I wish there were better tours on offer. But I don't know...

“Great location, knowledgeable staff, comfy beds and good public space. Extras - laundry service, taxi and travel bookings make this a good spot. Basic breakfast included but can add eggs for a cheap fee. Would recommend this spot. We are older travelers and enjoy the younger vibe.”
