“Our host, Jo Dee was so nice and very responsive. This place was spotless and so well appointed. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We so enjoyed having the two wonderful restaurants at the end of the peer. Looking out in the water and the beautiful boats was so lovely. We had family that live in Gulf Breeze come over on their boat and pick us up. They were impressed with how easy it was to dock. I’m sad we didn’t have a pen to write in the guest book but we will definitely be back....

You are in the heart of the north shore. 10 minute walk to Hanover Street for Mikes pastures. 5 minutes to Paul Revere, 5 minutes to the long wharf and aquarium and 15 minute walk to the Boston Tea Party. You’ll be right across from Boston Sail Loft with the best clam chowder we’ve ever had.Location is the best, but set your expectations for a house boat. You have a great deck up top.
