“We had an amazing time at auto camp. After long days hiking in Zion it was nice to get out of Springdale and into a quieter area where we could cook our own meals and enjoy our families company. The pool was a great place to cool down after a hot day. We enjoyed the lawn games and fire pit in the evenings as well as the complementary coffee and granola in the mornings. The staff was always pleasant and helpful and the music choice was fantastic too.”

“Super cool property located in town. The renovation details of the lodge is very upscale. Lots of great amenities; comfy bed; great kitchenette, cool bathroom decor. Good communication from staff and property kept very clean. Great spot to enjoy weekend getaway. Traffic can be busy during the day but everyone is very friendly on the roads to the beach.”

“I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel. “There is lots of activities to keep kids and kids at heart occupied. Parking was easy, just be aware that property has pebble road. Bring your own toiletries, they aren't provided.”

“I haven’t been camping in over 30 years so I wasn’t ready to go tough it out in the woods in a standard tent with sleeping bags so this was a perfect middleground for my family and I. The campground is maintained very well, the staff is extremely friendly, they have lots of activities, live entertainment, and the most refreshing pool I have ever swam in. I will definitely be back.”

“Property is wonderful and all the staff were nice . Couple of things I was not prepared for and I wish was more made aware. For me I could do this physically just a bit of sweat but for some older and unfit individual this could be a problem. 1. Tents are up in the hill and you are not allowed to drive cars to your tent they do provide cart however it’s pulling up straight uphill creates not a fun experience and then if it’s hot day vacation starts with torture .
