“Online reviews are always interesting to read because the only people that leave reviews either absolutely loved their experience or they have a large complaint. For anyone thinking of the Finest in Playa Mujeres, I would say the following: the hotel is great for kids. It is spacious enough so it’s never crowded, plenty of things to do, and options to eat and drink. The restaurants are fine- fun variety in theory but in reality, the food is just fine. They are not flying in Tapas chefs...

“Rummet var väldigt ren, bra säng och fantastisk utsikt. Även om hotellet var fullbokat så kändes det aldrig trångt. Personalen var fantastiska och allt gick att lösa om vi behövde något. Det enda som skulle kunna vara bättre är att man rengör/byter kuddarna på bufféns uterestaurang oftare pga fågelbajs. ”

“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...
