"Great stay for us, a couple with 7m old. Convenient with the shuttle bus. We used the onsen daily and the breakfast was great. Also our first time sleeping on tatami mats. Thanks!"

"Went here 2017 and fell in love. This time it seems like this hidden gem is no longer hidden, since there were a lot of foreign tourists. But that seems to have given an extra boost! It seems like many aspects has improved, like another outdoor onsen on floor 5 that is fantastic, a small souvenir shop as well as swapping to a buffet style breakfast. Ten-Yu is amazing, as well as the service. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and since I was a returning guest, me and my company also got some extra benefits. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious, and just like last time we enjoyed our stay. The balcony features an outdoor bathtub were you can fill it with onsen water. In the room you will also find clothing like yukata and bath house/pyjama set in different sizes, that you can wear during your stay. Outdoor: The garden and surroundings are beautiful, and on clear days you have a great view over the mountains. Food: Dinner was good, but note that it is a lot of fish and seafood. Breakfast buffet was a mix between Japanese and Western cuisine, and everyone could find something they would like. Extra: There were a few bonuses, like the ice cream vending machines, with unlimited ice cream, and the drink bar with lots of different teas, coffee as well as sparkling wine. On early evenings you can enjoy some live jazz music! Lastly, a big thank you Ten-Yu with staff for another great stay!"

"Beställde med mountain view över Mt Fuji. Sätter klockan tidigt för att vakna upp och fotografera för att upptäcka el-ledningar rakt utanför fönster, så ingen ”Mountain view” där direkt. Annars helt ok rum att sova i, men tyvärr en besvikelse för det jag trodde jag skulle få. "
