"The staff was not shy of attempting to utilize English while helping foreign visitors, which was a great help when my Japanese couldn't help. The staff working in the restaurant, both during breakfast and dinner, were incredibly helpful, kind, and forthcoming when trying to converse. The homely feel of the room could be felt by these staff members, making the stay feel cozy throughout.
