“The hotel is infested with bedbugs. My bed also had ants in it. I asked to change room but the other room also had bedbugs. A third room I was offered also had evidence of bed bugs. The staff was very accommodating. I showed them the videos of bedbugs crawling on the wall and dead ones in the bed. I woke up after having been bitten, overall an extremely unpleasant experience.
