Resorter för Mexiko och Centralamerika

“I absolutely loved my stay at Paradisus Cancun. The staff were so helpful and genuinely gave good vibes. Initially , i was sceptical about the food especially with having a 2 year old toddler. I can report that the buffet was amazing. Isreal, our family concierge was a 10/10. I can’t say we’ll be back again cos I’d love to see the other resorts but we’ll never forget Paradisus. Only tiny tiny negative were the day time calls to check in on us - a bit annoying when you have a toddler who’s...

“Även om hotellet är lite äldre och slitet så är det i ganska bra skick, då det har vissa renoveringar och allt var städat och rent. Pool områdena var bra och vattenparken för barn var väldigt fin. Fin badstrand. Maten var däremot inte så bra, med några undantag för vissa rätter på a la carte restaurangerna. ”

“Todo fue increíble, pero hace falta más personal ya que al momento de pedir bebidas tardaban muchísimo”

“Great hotel, room was very clean, newer amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend it to anyone wanting to get a nice time relaxing at an all inclusive. ”

“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

“Too many people, too much noise; the Japanese restaurant isn't good at all—the only delicious food was at the Mediterranean one. But the quality was very poor; this is truly a sub-2-star hotel. We don't plan to return.”

“The room barely had ocean view literally had to step out to balcony and peer through patio next door to view it. Rooms are outdated bed uncomfortable. Staff seemed more attentive to the locals. Never was able to book reservations at steakhouse everyday it was booked. Check in staff was friendly. Hosts at buffet were too.”
