“This season is quite warm and we went to Breck because there wasn’t really any snow. I thought BRR would be a safe Breck staple, but it was a tough go. It wasn’t necessarily run down, but obviously not what it was meant to be; lackluster. It was just kind of at every turn there was something that showed this. I think I’m turned off from Breck in general now, it seems as worn out as this ‘resort’. The only positive was the staff. Whether in the empty Spencer for breakfast, or the bar, always...

“The heat system was horrible. It was so loud to have the heat on but soon after you turned it off the room became very cold. The floors were so cold you had to wear shoes inside. It was extremely drafty around both the door entrance and the balcony doors. There seemed to be little or no thought for being environmentally conscious at all which seemed very odd in a national park. For the high price we paid this was nothing more than an average motor motel. ”

“The staff is incredible, the location is ideal, the vibe of the place is great for all ages, and the workers go out of their way to make you feel special. If you love dogs, it’s a let friendly place and you will see a ton of them! Ski valet, in building rentals, and location at the base of Blackcomb make this a can’t miss vacation!”
