“Stayed over my daughter's spring break in late March. Everything was as described in the posting. Secure and gated building and a seemless check in. Loved the walk way to MGM and the strip even though the weather was great it made me feel better than walking along the side streets in Vegas. Did pools the last day and it was fun to bounce between MGM pools and the more private pool at Signature. Definitely would stay here again!!”

“Really clean, stylish and upscale... especially for the rate. I love the Signature as a place to be close to everything but far enough away from the drunks and the noise to relax. This is a great apartment in a great tower. Perfect.”

“We had an amazing stay at the MGM Signature Penthouse. We felt like we were a normal part of the MGM property and did not run into any issues at all during our stay. We especially enjoyed the views of the strip from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable as well. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Las Vegas. ”

One room had awesome hot water, the other was luke warm, which we thought was odd. No problems with check-in or out or communication with property owner. Great experience over all!”

“This set up worked perfectly as my husband and I hosted our daughter and family for 4 nights. My husband and I had the 1 BR for some privacy and a good nights sleep. Our daughter and husband with their 3 children shared the two adjoining units only steps away. We love the Signature and would certainly stay there again. Cindy was very responsive and helpful.”

Our window faced a wall, but we didn’t mind, it gave a calm vibe to the hectic Las Vegas. We enjoyed the pool area and used the grill one night. Overall, a perfect stay right at the strip! ”

“Very nice resort with good-sized pools and plenty of shaded spaces (which is what we need). We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed using the barbecues and the complimentary shuttle to the strip. There is even a shuttle to the grocery store. Very friendly staff.”

“The hotel is a super short walk to the strip which was really nice. Unfortunately the room was a bit old/worn out and felt dated. The room was also probably not used for quite some time because of covid and all so it was a bit dusty when we arrived. The cleaning between was also not satisfactory to be honest..”
