Ken was incredibly friendly, sharing stories about how life is lived in this neighborhood and making the experience feel very authentic. The sunset here is absolutely amazing, and we really enjoyed the sundowner while taking in the beautiful views. Ken even shared some fresh vegetables grown on the farm, which made the stay feel even more special. Bathing here was also such a unique and relaxing...

“I arrived very early due to my layover flight time. I think the front desk only operates during “normal” business hours. My ride share driver was nice enough to find the desk staff and the staff were very nice and let me in and turned on the heat. The room was fantastic as was the bed and linens. More like 5 Star than budget. Amazing build quality and materials. Plenty big. Walk in rain shower with all the hot water you would ever want. Bring coffee packets and snacks. Room has a hot water...

“The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But...

“The homestay was a good experience in general but was quite far from Cat Ba Town. We were able to hire bicycles and ride to the national park and go hiking but there wasn't anything else that could be accessed without motorised transport. The rooms were ok, but in need of some maintenance. Bathrooms need updating and wallpaper was peeling off the ceilings. There were spiders and a centipede in the room but it was fine once we removed the critters. Lots of farm sounds with roosters, barking dogs...
