"Väldigt bra! Andra gången jag bor här och bägge gångerna har de fixat incheckning på rummet när man anländer från en flight tidigt på morgonen. Excellent! Dessutom måste jag ge en komplimang för att det tänds ljus när man sätter ner fötterna från sängen på natten. Brilliant! Läget är det bästa i Singapore och personalen fantastisk. Har bott i ett Executive room med tillgång till loungen vilket rekommenderas. Givet val vid nästa besök i Singapore. "

"The hotel staff was very nice and extremely service oriented. There were a lot of staff that could assist with luggage and the check-in was quick. The room was precisely as you want a Macau hotel to be, having the feeling of old luxury with a lot of colours and wooden panels (and nice old wall paper) without feeling worn-out. It was very well kept and had all the amenities, with a nicely renovated bathroom. Nice view overlooking the Wynn fountain and the water. Especially the friendly staff was worth mentioning. The location is perfect in old Macau, with a 10-30 min walk to many famous sites. Thank you! "

"Our first room was uninhabitable due to concrete drilling in the room next door. WHY do they put a guest next door??? When I called and asked them to stop, they said the work would continue for another two hours but that we could change rooms. I said I wanted the noise to stop because we had already unpacked everything. Their solution? They offered us earplugs! Later, we were contacted by a manager who handled the issue in a professional manner. Breakfast was chaotic. The tables were arranged in a way that forced people to squeeze past where you were sitting. On the second day, we chose to have breakfast in the Club Lounge instead, which was calm, although the selection was of course more limited. Speaking of the Club Lounge, we were informed by a staff member that we could enjoy the afternoon tea even after checking out, which we appreciated. However, when we arrived in the afternoon, we were questioned and were only reluctantly allowed in, and only for tea/coffee and a small pastry. A good hotel, but as mentioned – inconsistent quality. A window cleaner who greets you and is very friendly. On the other hand, a restaurant staff member who bumps into you without even apologizing."

"I got a room beside the elevator and slept zero, the guy in reception said I will come back for compensation. Then he could offer anything only if I come back another time and maybe… So bad service, he could just offer free breakfast or a coffee, Never again! "
