“Arrived on Thursday night. The stay was not a pleasant experience. The first thing we saw was very dirty carpet on stairs and in bedrooms and a cockroach on main floor bedroom. Messaged host immediately for a new place. They asked for pictures of carpet. Only response was “I understand”. It was late at night we had no option but to stay. Master bath shower did not drain. Called maintenance No response. Saturday woke up to 2 more cockroaches. That was the last straw. Called and messaged host...

“Our stay started with the owner double booking another guest in the house after we had arrived the first night. Pretty weird to have a stranger walk in your locked door unannounced at 10:00 pm. The owner was slow to respond and wouldn’t speak to either of us beside text message. It continued with sending cleaners to our house in the middle of our stay saying that they were told that we were checking out that day but we still had three days. On top of this the house appeared to have mold around...
