“The host who owns the property was excellent, responsive, and easy to work with. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome as the resort is managed by Hilton and the reservation didn't come up right away because I made the plans through VRBO. When check-in was complete, they sent me over to a salesperson to try and get me to sign on for a promotional extra night and listen to their sales pitch.
