Mysigt hotel med trevlig personal. Stranden var toppen😃

We (family of four) have stayed at the Rosewood London for a few times before and have always enjoyed the hotel facilities and service very much. I'm happy to say this time was no exception. If anything the service was better than ever. The doormen were very friendly and helpful, especially when we asked them at checkout to arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport at 17:00 - when we came back at 16:40 to use the restroom and wait for the taxi we found a taxi waiting for us already, loaded with our bags and some water and snacks to go. Great service. We also enjoyed the breakfast (included) although we were slightly surprised that we were not able to have breakfast in the Mirror Room restaurant since they have now restricted this to the premium room categories. The breakfast in the Holborn Dining Room is really great, but does not include a buffet. We stayed in the Executive Family room, which is perfect for our family with two children. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms we have stayed in have always been very quiet so you can enjoy a good nights sleep. Front desk was also super helpful in satisfying our requests prior to arrival and always greeted us with a smile. For our girls meeting Pearl the hotel dog is always a highlight and although she understandably gets tired sometimes from all the attention we got to meet her a few times this time as well. Overall we left with a fond feeling for the hotel and will return again for a christmas visit!

Fint och stort hotell. Fin utsikt från top of the roof. 3 olika simpooler. Trevlig och vänlig personal. Bra städning. Bussar avgår direkt från utanför hotellet. Men jättelång från stan. Frukost så där. Bredvid hotellet många olika resrauranger. Men jag har blivit magsjuka på grund av vatten i inne simpool. 2 dagar stannade i sängen. Annars det ät trevligt hotell.

We stayed in room 222, and overall it was good. However, there was construction just outside the window, which made us feel a bit unsafe and caused some noise.
