“Beautiful condo, clean and comfy. Plenty of space for our family of 6. All amenities as described. Literally 1 minute walk to the sand. With the window open I could hear the waves of the ocean. Would definitely come and stay again. Water pressure was awesome in the shower. Hot water works so well. Heads up there is no A/C but opening the windows to let the ocean breeze through made it a lovely temperature inside. ”

“Absolutely fabulous location on the island, love the ferry lights at night, pickleball court, Succulent Coffee next door is the BOMB, incredible party deck, spacious and comfortable and clean common space, well laid out bedrooms and bathroom, nicely appointed kitchen, easy private parking, great stay!!!”

“Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. ”
