“Borgo Argiano is a Tuscan treasure! We were looking for a luxury stay on the Tuscan country side with high standard, own kitchen, pool and just a few rooms. Borgo Argiano is ticking all the boxes. some minor details are missing to reach absolute top class but easily compensated by Dario’s hospitality! Own production of oil and wine accompanied some fantastic dinners at the balcony with the Tuscan hills as a background. Next time we will go here with friends and family!”

“We all just loved it here! The hotel is situated on a hill overviewing beautiful Tuscan scenery on one side and Siena on the other. The view was magnificent, especially during the sunrise when fog would surround the lower hills. The place is run by two brothers who were both very welcoming and also excellent in English. The property is beautiful and really unique- it feels like you have your own Tuscan villa, but are still close to the town of Siena. “This is a wonderful place. It was clean and spacious. It was well stocked. It even had bread and jam for us. It had a kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, silverware and plates. The owner, Daniella, runs the clothing store in the same building and was very accessible and helpful. “A fantastic, beautiful location to explore San Gim and surrounds. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Laura & Andrea with a glass of their excellent wine. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast is fab! The walks around the vineyards are lovely and our dog loved being there. Wine tasting is a must!”

We had this as home base for 10 days… a local chef named Serena is available to hire if you book early enough. She prepared three amazing dinners for us! the courtyard in back with the vista of Tuscany was amazing. Miles and miles of vineyards, estates, beautiful gardens. “Wonderful view all the way down to the sea in this large house. Large pool and plenty of space both in the garden and the house. Completely enclosed garden, perfect for us with dogs who could roam freely all day. Worth knowing, the house is very secluded. It's about a 25-minute drive to the nearest supermarket.
