“We arrived and apartment temp was 27 degrees. At first the property owner was quick to respond and said they would contact building manager to fix ac but we never heard back. Had to sleep with window open at night and patio door open to cool place down. This was very noisy as you are down town. When windows / door closed very quiet. Well located property and close to everything. The property is on the surface very well organized and clean. Upon further examination there is a lot of gathering...
