"I have e stayed at this hotel before.. its close to what I like, shopping and so.. great resturangs in the area also. However, this hotel need to close and do a TOTAL makeover. It was a bit so so ladt time and its worse now. It mold in the roooms, the curtains a infested with mold as u csn see. And the hotels solution? Let us use a anti humidifier… wow. They should ha e hiven us other rooms or let us move for free to other branches on them. Breakfast was ONLY for asians.. toast for westerners. And they got upset when I wantedd to bring my coffe to my room. Bad bad service. Also, everything was plastic and one use items in the hotel. NO green thinking there.. We are super unsatisfied. The reception staff was somewhat nice and knew all aboutmold in the rooms We would like to make a official complaint about this Ow I had a bad headache and red eyes,running nose and still feel sick from this "

"Says 4 star hotel but maybe that was 10 years ago. Room very small , run down, stains on carpets , nit so clean. More an average 3 star. Even more run down in corridors. Lobby nice, breakfeast very average. We skipped it last day. At check in we had to wait a while as room wasn't ready. We ordered a taxi tour from hotel to see Jiufen and Shifen waterfall, but driver never took us to Shifen which was disappointing. Overall an OK hotel but nothing like the pictures you see when you make the booking."
